MAHLOLANE PAULINA PHOOKO (MP PHOOKO) is the founder of M.P PHOOKO ATTORNEYS which is a LawFirm based in Arcadia Pretoria, Gauteng Province.

MP PHOOKO Attorneys’ vision is to becomea leading law firm in South Africa which sets the benchmark for high professionalism and ethical behaviour within the legal industry. We also want to become a company which contributes highly towards the needs of society and of the legal industry, as we aim towards equipping and developing young legal practitioners to take up the reign.

Our Founder
Mrs. Mahlolane Paulina Phooko obtained her LLB degree from Vista University and has been admitted as an attorney with post admission of 15years experience.
Mrs. Phooko has worked under A.P LEDWABA INC, T.M CHAUKE INC. and soon after worked for H.B MOLEFE ATTORNEYS as a Professional Assistant and has experience in various areas of law.

BBBEE STRUCTURE
The Practice is a 100% Black owned entity lead by Ms. Mahlolane Paulina Phooko to help and oversee the process of Black Economic Empowerment in the new dispensation.Ms. Mahlolane Paulina Phooko obtained her LLB degree from the Vista University.
With post admission of 15 years experience. She has worked under A.P LEDWABA INC., T.M CHAUKE INC. and soon after worked for H.B MOLEFE ATTORNEYS as a Professional Assistant.
COMPANY STRUCTURE
All employees within the company work under instructions from the managing director. Individuals are expected to complete their tasks with the help of the managing director. All employees are expected to report directly to the managing director as the director will be the only liable to give final consent and approval to all documentation and work proceedings.
This organisational structure will be followed to provide a service to the Road Accident Fund.
OUR PRO-BONO ACTIVITIES
The firm has been doing pro-bono work for the Legal Practice Council since 2009. The firm is highly involved in providing free legal advice to people within disadvantaged areas especially in the rural areas.
This is to promote access to justice as the company believes that everyone has the right to excellent and reliable legal representation.

The company strives to provide a service to the Road Accident Fund which consists of professionalism and ethical principles.
