MP Phooko Incorporated is a Legal Practice founded and directed by Mahlolane Paulina Phooko in 2009. Its main office is based in 263 Loveday Street Muckleneuk Pretoria.

Managing Director
Mahlolane Phooko is an astute and a result oriented professional with 15years of experience practicing as an attorney. In 2002 Mahlolane completed her LLB Degree, in 2005 she was admitted as an attorney with the right of appearance in the High Court in terms of Section3(4) of the Right of Appearance in Court Act No 62 of 1995.
BBBEE STRUCTURE
The Practice is a 100% Black owned entity lead by Ms. Mahlolane Paulina Phooko to help and oversee the process of Black Economic Empowerment in the new dispensation.Ms. Mahlolane Paulina Phooko obtained her LLB degree from the Vista University.
With post admission of 15 years experience. She has worked under A.P LEDWABA INC., T.M CHAUKE INC. and soon after worked for H.B MOLEFE ATTORNEYS as a Professional Assistant.
COMPANY STRUCTURE
The company consists of a great team of individuals led by a well-experienced managing director. This Organisational structure is designed to provide great support to all staff members to accomplish our mission of providing excellent and cost-efficient legal services.
OUR PRO-BONO ACTIVITIES
The firm has been doing pro-bono work for the Legal Practice Council since 2009. The firm is highly involved in providing free legal advice to people within disadvantaged areas especially in the rural areas.
This is to promote access to justice as the company believes that everyone has the right to excellent and reliable legal representation.
