Road Accident Fund claims
We offer clients the service of investigating different outcomes which may occur because of an accident such as loss of support, loss of earning capacity, possibilities of prospects of success where a young child has been injured and physical impairment caused by the motor vehicle accident. Once an investigation has been completed and there is a conclusion that there will be losses suffered because of the accident we assist the client in claiming the losses on their behalf through the Road Accident Fund.
Administration of Deceased Estate and Will
We offer the service of managing and distributing as per the Will of the deceased. In a case where there is no Will, applicable laws are used which are in relation to laws of instate succession.
Labour Law:
In cases of dispute between the employer and employee, we do offer alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation, conciliation and arbitration before we can as a last resort opt for litigation. We also offer our independent services to institutions which need assistance
